Security is core to the YOK COIN ecosystem. This page describes how we approach security and how you can protect yourself.

1. Smart contracts

The YOK COIN contract is deployed and verified on-chain, so anyone can inspect its code and activity through a block explorer. We treat security reviews as an ongoing process as the ecosystem grows.

2. Protect yourself

• Never share your seed phrase or private keys with anyone — no one from our team will ever ask for them.
• Always verify you are on the official website before connecting a wallet.
• Consider using a hardware wallet for significant holdings.
• Double-check contract and pair addresses before interacting.

3. Beware of phishing

We will never message you first asking for funds, seed phrases, or wallet approvals. Be cautious of fake giveaways, lookalike domains, and unsolicited direct messages.

4. Reporting a vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security issue, please report it responsibly and give us reasonable time to investigate before any public disclosure. We appreciate the work of the security community.

5. Incident response

In the event of a confirmed security incident, we aim to communicate clearly and promptly through our official channels with the information needed to stay safe.
